Sistema de tratamiento de agua de la pista de la gasolinera para su eliminación.

Model: FUEL STATIONS TRACK

Specifications:

Bearing in mind the need to treat water from washing runways, supply at gas stations, equipment was developed to adapt this water to disposal, in compliance with current legislation (NORMA ABNT NBR 14605/2000).

Due to the need to treat the water coming from the track at fuel stations, it was developed to adapt this water to disposal, in compliance with current legislation.
The system is efficient, mounted on a skid, with a booster pump and 3 (three) filters in series, with a porosity of 5 microns, in order to remove all particulate matter in the first filter, in addition to almost all harmful organic substances to health in the next two filters.
The main substances removed in this system are the so-called BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl-Benzene and Xylene), which are highly polluting soil, air and water.
The System must be installed after the water/oil separator box (SAO), and a reservoir of at least 2000L, in which the foot valve (retention) will be installed, which will be connected to the suction pipe of the booster pump of the system.
The system complies with CONAMA Resolution 357/430, regarding the disposal of effluents.
For the system to be dimensioned, raw water with the following characteristics was considered:
